​This year, we’re on a mission to give back to our local community and we’re excited to open our studio doors to just 10 local schools for exclusive family photography fundraiser events.

These events are designed to be simple, stress-free, and genuinely profitable for schools and PTAs with no admin, no volunteers, and no upfront costs.

HOW THE FUNDRAISER WORKS

We’ve made this as easy as possible for your PTA or school team.

1. CHOOSE A DATE
We agree on a convenient date to host the fundraiser at our studio (or another suitable local venue, if preferred).

2. WE DO THE PREP
You’ll receive everything you need:

• Ready-to-share event details

• Promotional graphics and wording

• Online booking links

• Clear FAQs for parents

3. YOU SIMPLY SHARE IT
Send the information to parents via your usual channels — newsletters, email, facebook, WhatsApp groups, or school apps.

That’s it.

👉 No volunteers on the day
👉 No payments to handle
👉 No orders to manage

WHAT FAMILIES RECEIVE

Each family books a mini family photography session for just £15, which includes:

• A relaxed, professional mini photo session

• A gifted 7×5 professional print to take home

• The option (not obligation) to purchase additional images

Families love this because it’s:

• Affordable

• Quick and easy

• A chance to update family photos they never quite get around to booking

WHAT THE SCHOOL RECEIVES

💛 100% of the £15 session fee is donated directly to your PTA or school fund.

There’s no obligation for families to purchase anything beyond the session fee. However, many do choose to upgrade to one of our optional photo packages (starting from £55).
